My Journey
I'm Charlemagne Marban — a Registered Nurse whose own journey spans three countries. I began my nursing career in the Philippines, relocated to Canada to continue caring for patients, and ultimately made Southwest Florida my home. Each move meant starting over: navigating new licensing and credentialing systems, unfamiliar property and tax rules, and the challenge of rebuilding a life and career in a brand-new country and culture.
That experience shaped my entire approach to real estate. I know firsthand what it feels like to navigate a new country, a new market, and a new community from scratch — the uncertainty of not knowing where to begin, the endless research, the mountain of paperwork, and the quiet worry of whether you're making the right decision for your family. I've lived every part of it.
